Shipping policy

All of our physical items are drop shipped from a separate facility. Please allow 1-3 weeks for custom and on demand products. Keep in mind, once items are shipped it is beyond our control and falls into the hands of respective shipping services (ex: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). If it seems that there is an issue with one of those delivery services, we will try our best to determine the proper route to correct the issue. Refunds will not automatically be given for shipping issues.
