Refund policy

Bible Tassels: If your tassel is damaged in any way, we will replace it at no cost to you. If we happen to be out of the colors or material used to create your tassel, we can either refund you for your purchase or create a new one for you. 

T-Shirts: All T-Shirts are made to order. Information about each shirt is provided in the description so that mistakes are not made when placing an order. Refunds will not be given for incorrect sizes, colors, and other information that is provided to you. If an item is damaged when it is received, please send a photo and description of the damaged item to candidwithasideofcurls@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will handle those accordingly as needed, which may include (but is not limited to) a refund.  

Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be given for these items. It is recommended to have some knowledge of the file types offered and where/how to use them to their full potential. Most items are going to be in a PNG, JPEG, PDF, or Goodnotes format. Other formats included with specific file downloads will be noted in the item description. If a digital product has multiple files, a ZIP file will be provided that has all of the files inside of it.
