Below are some quick snack and meal ideas that can be made with little to no measuring or cooking. “Quick” sometimes means using pre packaged or processed items. I realize processed/pre-packaged items are not recommended for a super hardcore keto diet, but time is not always on our side for fresh or whole food items.
